These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rhevio mobile application ("Rhevio" or the "App") developed and operated by SOLARTUNE d.o.o. ("SOLARTUNE," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
By downloading, installing, or using Rhevio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
01Description of Service
1.1. Rhevio is an iOS productivity application that provides task management, routine tracking, focus scoring, mood check-ins, and related features. The App is designed to help users organize tasks, build routines, and reflect on their productivity.
1.2. Rhevio operates entirely on your device. All data you create - including tasks, routines, reflections, and settings - is stored locally and is not transmitted to SOLARTUNE or any third party (except for limited crash reporting and anonymous product analytics as described in our Privacy Policy).
1.3. Rhevio is not a medical device, health service, mental health treatment, or therapeutic tool. It is a general-purpose productivity application. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, psychological counseling, or a diagnosis of any condition. If you have concerns about your mental health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
02Eligibility
2.1. Rhevio is rated 9+ on the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirements established by the App Store in your jurisdiction.
2.2. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consents to these Terms.
03User Content
3.1. "User Content" means all data, text, and information you create within Rhevio, including tasks, routines, mood entries, reflections, saved locations, and settings.
3.2. Ownership. You retain full ownership of all User Content. SOLARTUNE does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.
3.3. Local storage. User Content is stored exclusively on your device. SOLARTUNE does not have access to, cannot view, and cannot recover your User Content.
3.4. Task sharing. When you choose to share a task via Rhevio's sharing feature, the task data is encoded into a URL. You are solely responsible for deciding what content to share and with whom. Shared task data is not encrypted and can be decoded by anyone who receives the link.
3.5. Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content. SOLARTUNE is not liable for any User Content that is lost, corrupted, or inadvertently shared.
04Subscriptions and Payments
4.1. Rhevio offers both free and premium tiers. Certain features are available only with an active premium subscription.
4.2. Billing. All subscriptions are processed and billed through Apple's App Store. SOLARTUNE does not directly collect or process any payment information. Your purchase is subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
4.3. Subscription periods. Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
4.4. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4.5. Refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. SOLARTUNE does not process refunds directly.
4.6. Price changes. SOLARTUNE reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice of the change. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews.
4.7. Free tier. The free tier of Rhevio may be used indefinitely without a subscription. SOLARTUNE reserves the right to modify which features are included in the free and premium tiers.
05Premium Features
5.1. Premium features may include, but are not limited to:
- Unlimited routines
- Weekly and monthly routine patterns
- Routine carryover policies
- Location-based automation
- All visual themes
- Reflection analytics
- Focus auto-advance
- Gentle nudges
- Full quiet hours customization
- Voice-to-text task creation
5.2. SOLARTUNE may add, modify, or remove premium features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to premium features.
06Acceptable Use
6.1. You agree not to:
(a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
(b) Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any premium feature restrictions, subscription validation, or licensing mechanisms;
(c) Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation;
(d) Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties in a manner not authorized by Apple's App Store Terms;
(e) Use the App to create, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
(f) Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when sharing tasks or other content through the App.
07Intellectual Property
7.1. App ownership. Rhevio, including its design, code, features, graphics, icons, and documentation, is the property of SOLARTUNE d.o.o. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
7.2. License to use. Subject to these Terms, SOLARTUNE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rhevio on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.3. User Content. As stated in Section 3.2, you retain all rights to your User Content. SOLARTUNE does not require any license to your User Content because we do not access, store, or process it.
7.4. Trademarks. "Rhevio," the Rhevio logo, and "SOLARTUNE" are trademarks of SOLARTUNE d.o.o. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RHEVIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2. SOLARTUNE does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. SOLARTUNE does not warrant that any specific productivity, focus, or wellbeing outcomes will result from using the App.
8.3. Rhevio is not a medical device and makes no claims regarding the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any medical condition or disease. Focus scores, mood tracking, and reflection features are for personal informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as indicators of mental or physical health.
8.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections under European Union law.
09Limitation of Liability
9.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLARTUNE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE RHEVIO, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
9.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLARTUNE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF RHEVIO SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SOLARTUNE (THROUGH APPLE) FOR RHEVIO SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY EUROS (EUR 50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9.3. Because all User Content is stored locally on your device and SOLARTUNE has no access to it, SOLARTUNE is not liable for any loss, corruption, or destruction of User Content, regardless of cause. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data you consider important.
9.4. The limitations in this Section 9 do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct under Slovenian law, or mandatory consumer protections under European Union law.
10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
10.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Rhevio that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia.
10.3. European Union consumers. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You may also find consumer dispute resolution entities in your country through the European Commission's Consumer Redress directory at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
10.4. Nothing in this Section 10 prevents you from exercising any rights that cannot be waived or limited under the applicable law of your jurisdiction.
11Termination
11.1. By you. You may stop using Rhevio at any time by uninstalling the App. No notice to SOLARTUNE is required. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local App data from your device.
11.2. By SOLARTUNE. If you materially breach these Terms, SOLARTUNE may report the misuse to Apple, request removal of the App from your account through Apple's processes, or pursue other legally available remedies. Where practicable, we will provide notice before taking such action.
11.3. Effect of termination. If your access is terminated:
(a) Any active subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period, in accordance with Apple's policies.
(b) Your license to use the App under Section 7.2 is revoked.
(c) Sections 3.2 (User Content ownership), 7.1 (IP ownership), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Governing Law), and 12 (Severability) survive termination.
12Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
13Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOLARTUNE regarding your use of Rhevio, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
14Changes to These Terms
SOLARTUNE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and make the revised Terms available within the App and at rhevio.app/terms at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Rhevio after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
